Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services for both private homes and business establishments, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but training will be provided. Fluency in English is required. Must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle to drive to and from work.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal preparation as needed for clients
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different cleaning environments and client requests
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple appointments
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Ability to perform light physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Experience with laundry processes and basic cooking is advantageous
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a professional attitude toward client service
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
