Requirements
- Belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour is a requirement of this position.
- Ability to work in a controversial social area.
- Possess a genuine desire to help people with HIV/AIDS.
- Ability to problem solve, be effective in conflict resolution and mediation.
- Knowledge of Universal Precautions
- First Aid/CPR level C
- Criminal Record Check Certificate with Vulnerable Sector screening.
Job Description
- Meal & snack preparation/cleanup
- Cleaning duties according to task/cleaning schedules
- Chore/tasks as assigned
- Gives morning/evening & PRN medications
- General physical care of residents requiring assistant
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with excellent written & oral communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, reliable, & a person of integrity
