About the Role:
You'll play a critical role in growing our presence across Southern Alberta by identifying, developing, and closing temporary HVAC rental opportunities. Your customer-first approach will strengthen client relationships, expand our reach, and drive consistent revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Prospect new opportunities and build a pipeline of customers.
- Possess deep market awareness by staying in touch with market trends.
- Maintain current knowledge related to our products, applications and how they benefit the issues facing the construction and manufacturing industries.
- Create and maintain relationships at strategic levels within key customer accounts.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales and our Inside Rental Coordinators to prepare rental contracts.
- Report on sales data and provide insights to leadership.
- Provide technical presentations to facilitate customer awareness of our solutions.
*This role requires travel within Calgary and regional territory*
Your Background:
You are a results-driven sales professional who excels both independently and in team environments. You act with integrity and never shy away from a challenge. Ideally, your background includes both technical and sales experiences, allowing you to connect with all levels of an organization. You will be developing relationships with executives, contractors, technicians, engineers, and construction professionals. You are a consummate sales hunter, motivated by providing impactful solutions to our customers' temporary climate control problems.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing.
- Proven success in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry in HVAC or Construction.
- A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Self-starter and problem solver who acts with a high level of integrity.
- Demonstrated market development experience.
- Passionate about growth and continuous learning.
- Technologically savvy (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn).
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
