We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Shipping Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our clients shipping and logistics department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shipping processes, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Location: Coquitlam, BC
Pay: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shipping operations and warehouse staff
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately
- Operate warehouse equipment as required
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Assist with inventory control and shipping documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse supervisory role
- Experience operating High Reach and Order Picker forklifts
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
