Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations. The successful candidate will supervise staff, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure the store operates efficiently while creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support store staff during daily operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Open and close the store and oversee cash handling.
- Schedule, train, and motivate employees.
- Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain store displays.
- Ensure pricing, labels, and signage are accurate.
- Monitor inventory and assist with receiving shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
- Help achieve sales goals and support overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Previous retail supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
