Athletico Sports Physiotherapy is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Client Care Coordinator to join our team on a 1-month contract. What You'll Do
Patient Care & Customer Service
- Greet patients with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude.
- Answer phone calls and emails with clarity, compassion, and efficiency.
- Ensure every patient has a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Scheduling & Clinic Coordination
- Book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Manage practitioner schedules to help maintain efficient clinic flow.
- Communicate schedule changes with patients and clinicians in a timely manner.
Billing & Administrative Tasks
- Process payments and respond to billing inquiries.
- Assist with insurance claims and third-party billing (training provided).
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
Office & Clinic Operations
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Prepare treatment rooms and support smooth daily operations.
- Complete general administrative tasks to assist the clinical team.
What We're Looking For
- A warm, patient-focused communicator.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using computers and technology (experience with Jane App is an asset).
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Preference will be given to applicants who are current or recent Kinesiology or Physiotherapy students, or individuals with previous administrative experience in a physiotherapy or multidisciplinary healthcare clinic.

Start Date: August 4 2026
End Date: September 8 2026
- Monday: 1:00pm - 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 1:00pm - 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 1:00pm - 6:00pm
- Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m
*No scheduled shifts between August 17-21 2026*
