We specialize in custom cabinetry, kitchen renovations, countertops, and high-quality interior finishes. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and professional Cabinetry & Kitchen Sales Consultant to join our team.

About the Role
In this role, you will be trained to handle client leads from the first conversation through to the project handoff stage.
You will meet with clients, understand their needs, take site measurements, coordinate with our drawing/design team, send quotes, follow up with clients, and help move approved jobs into production.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident with people, organized, coachable, and interested in learning the full cabinet and kitchen renovation sales process.
Responsibilities
- Respond to new client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Book and attend client consultations
- Meet clients at homes, job sites, or showroom appointments
- Take accurate site measurements
- Understand the client’s project goals, budget, timeline, and design preferences
- Coordinate with the drawing/design team to prepare layouts and drawings
- Send drawings and quotes to clients
- Follow up with clients consistently and professionally
- Help close projects and move approved jobs into production
- Maintain organized client notes, project details, and communication records
- Work with the manufacturing and production team to ensure a smooth handoff
- Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and a client-first attitude

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using phone, email, and basic computer systems

- Ability to take measurements and visit job sites
- Willingness to learn about cabinets, drawings, quoting, and renovations
Compensation
- Starting pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time hours: approximately 40 hours per week
- Performance-based bonus opportunities available
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
