Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases, ERP systems, and other software platforms with high accuracy.
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
- Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing source documents and cross-referencing entries.
- Assist in data collection activities, ensuring completeness and correctness of information gathered.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management to streamline office operations.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across departments.
- Perform routine quality checks on data entries to identify and correct errors promptly.
Requirements
- Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, formatting, and data analysis features.
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and general computer skills required for efficient data entry.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the integrity of entered data.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding data collection needs.
- Prior experience with filing systems, both digital and physical, is preferred. This role is essential for maintaining accurate records that support operational efficiency across the organization.
