Requirements:
- Certified Early Childhood Educator
- Must have First Aid CPR Level B or C
- Criminal record check + Vulnerable sector check; no earlier than 6 months
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare industry
- A true love for children and a dedication to their well-being and growth
- Positive, bright, and energetic attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning and growth
- Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment where children feel valued and respected
- Observe and document children's progress, tailoring activities to their individual needs
- Promote positive behavior and foster social skills through patient and supportive guidance
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a well-organized and efficient classroom
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with parents, offering regular updates on their child's experiences
- Support daily routines, including snack times, rest periods, and outdoor activities
