We are seeking a skilled, safety focused, and detail-oriented Signage Installer to join our team in Edmonton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of signage products and systems efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Install, assemble, and set up products or systems according to specifications and safety guidelines
- Hang banners, window cling, flags, signage, and vehicle graphics
- Conduct site inspections to assess installation requirements and prepare work areas
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installations
- Test installed systems to ensure proper operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure installation meets expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and report any discrepancies or challenges encountered during installation
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout the installation process
Qualifications
- An understanding of all safety protocols and processes
- Valid drivers license with a clean abstract
- Valid certifications such as: Lift Tickets, Fall Protection, WHIMS, 3M Products
- Proven experience in signage installation, construction, or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
