Lead quality excellence on some of the most complex and safety‑critical infrastructure projects in Canada’s ERI Nuclear Subsector. As a Project Quality Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring programs meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance—supporting the delivery of projects that power communities and drive long-term sustainability.
This position will ideally be located in one of our Greater Toronto Area offices as the position may require you to visit client sites across Ontario as needed.
Your Impact
- Lead the development and implementation of project-specific Quality Management Plans aligned with nuclear regulatory requirements and client expectations
- Drive compliance with CSA N299 / NQA-1 or equivalent nuclear quality standards across all project phases
- Establish, monitor, and continuously improve quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure zero-defect delivery
- Conduct internal and external audits, inspections, and surveillance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to embed quality practices into project execution
- Identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks through proactive planning and corrective/preventative action programs
- Mentor and guide project teams on best practices in quality management, fostering a strong culture of safety and excellence
- Support client and regulatory interactions, ensuring transparency, alignment, and confidence in project deliverables
- Collaborate with Corporate Quality Management team to ensure all programs are met per WSP and industry standards
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 10–15 years of experience in engineering, quality, or project management, including direct exposure to nuclear sector environments
- Extensive experience in quality management within the nuclear, energy, or other highly regulated industries
- Strong working knowledge of nuclear quality standards such as CSA N299, N286, ISO 9001, or NQA‑1
- Proven ability to lead audits, inspections, and compliance reviews in complex project environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and documentation requirements within the Canadian nuclear sector
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams
- Professional designation or certification in quality (e.g., ASQ CQE/CQA) considered an asset
- Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Willingness to travel within Canada and eligibility to obtain required security clearances

Compensation
- BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $122,900 - $162,800
- MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
- Atlantic Provinces & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
