Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety
- Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and increase salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon environment
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional hair stylist with a portfolio of diverse styles and techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability in retail sales and upselling products confidently
- Experience in maintaining sanitation standards within a salon setting
- Prior front desk or administrative experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends
