About the Role:
The TYG Head Coach is the leader on the floor and a key driver of member experience, team standards, and studio growth. This role combines strong coaching, team leadership, and sales awareness. You set the tone, support the team, and ensure every member has a high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Member Experience
- Deliver high-energy, structured group training rooted in strength & conditioning
- Create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all members
- Provide movement coaching, scaling, and technical feedback
- Build strong relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Be fully engaged in the TYG community both inside and outside the studio
Leadership & Team Support
- Act as the go-to leader during shifts, setting the standard for energy and professionalism
- Support and guide coaches to ensure consistency in class delivery
- Lead by example in attitude, effort, and community engagement
Team Education & Development
- Train and mentor coaches on:
- The Yard Gym movement standards and class flow
- Communication, member interaction, and floor presence
- Sales awareness and creating opportunities through conversation
- Provide ongoing feedback and support team growth
Sales & Studio Growth
- Confidently communicate memberships and services to members and prospects
- Identify opportunities to convert leads through authentic connection
- Support referrals, upsells, and overall community growth
Operations & Standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment
- Uphold standards for equipment, safety, and class execution
- Support smooth day-to-day gym operations

Must Haves:
- Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR Certified
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Pesonal Trainer
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
