Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students in achieving their academic and developmental goals.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Follow school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous teaching or classroom experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and classroom management abilities.
- Knowledge of educational best practices and instructional strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, assessment, and student engagement techniques.
- Relevant education, certification, or training in teaching is considered an asset.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Pay: $57,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
