We are seeking a skilled Revit Modeler to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for 3D modeling, drafting structural drawings, interfacing with engineers, reviewing shop drawings for conformance with specifications, preparing specifications.
Duties
- Develop accurate 3D models and detailed drawings using Revit software, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
- Collaborate with structural engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts into detailed BIM models
- Integrate models with other CAD tools such as AutoCAD,
- Prepare schematics, construction documents, and technical schematics for review and approval
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for seamless project execution
Requirements
- Experience preferred but we are willing to consider college graduates
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, and Revit
- Strong understanding of drafting standards, schematics, and construction documentation processes
- Familiarity with construction workflows and building information modeling (BIM) processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings
- Effective communication skills to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Prior experience in civil or structural drafting is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
