Brera Food Group est à la recherche d'un(e) plongeur(euse) fiable et motivé(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe événementielle à l'Auberge Willow Inn à Hudson.
Nous recherchons une personne disponible tous les samedis, à compter de maintenant (ou dès que possible), pour soutenir nos opérations lors de mariages et d'événements privés. Des événements sont déjà confirmés chaque samedi jusqu'au début du mois de novembre, offrant un horaire stable tout au long de la saison.
Horaire
- Tous les samedis
- Début du quart : 16 h
- Fin du quart : entre 1 h et 3 h, selon l'événement
Salaire
- 20 $ à 25 $/heure, selon l'expérience
Responsabilités
- Effectuer la plonge pendant le service
- Nettoyer et ranger la vaisselle, les ustensiles et l'équipement de cuisine
- Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organisé
- Soutenir l'équipe de cuisine au besoin
- Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de salubrité
Profil recherché
- Ponctuel(le) et fiable
- Capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique
- Bonne attitude et esprit d'équipe
- Une expérience en plonge/restauration est un atout

Event Dishwasher (Saturday Evenings) – Willow Inn (Hudson, QC)
The Willow Inn is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Event Dishwasher to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 event season.
With weddings and private events booked every Saturday through early November, we're looking for someone who can commit to regular weekend work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Schedule
- Every Saturday, starting immediately
- Shift begins at 4:00 PM
- End time typically between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM, depending on the event
- Consistent weekly schedule through early November
Compensation
- $20–$25/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the dishwashing area throughout service
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dishwashing and kitchen support areas clean and organized
- Assist with end-of-event cleanup and breakdown
- Support the culinary team as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to and from Hudson
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
