Paradise LeisureScapes is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team.
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment, works well under pressure, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, able to multitask effectively, and understands the importance of teamwork during our busy season.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and unloading shipments
- Forklift operation
- Inventory management and cycle counts
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
- Preparing products for customer pickups and deliveries
- Moving hot tubs, swim spas, patio furniture, and large inventory items safely and efficiently
- Obtaining and coordinating freight quotes and shipments
- Performing quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Assisting retail and service departments as required
- Breaking down and disposing of cardboard and packing materials daily
- Ensuring incoming inventory is put away promptly and accurately
- Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience required
- Experience moving large and heavy products is considered a strong asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a high pressure environment
- Ability to lift heavy products safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and self motivated
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
Experience with inventory systems, shipping/receiving, freight coordination, and retail warehouse operations is considered a strong asset.
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
