THE OPPORTUNITY
We're growing! New-Line is currently looking for a full-time Counter Sales & Service Representative to join our Edmonton team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, learning technical skills, and being part of a collaborative and supportive team. No two days are the same in this fast-paced role. You'll work with customers across a wide variety of industries, helping identify product applications, assembling and repairing hose products, and providing industry-leading service that keeps our customers moving.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in industrial parts, inside sales, or counter sales (preferred)
- Has experience assembling hoses or working with crimpers, punch lock clamps, or similar equipment (an asset)
- Enjoys solving problems and providing exceptional customer service
- Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Learns new software and technology quickly; experience with Sage 300 (Accpac) is an asset
- Possesses strong sales skills and can confidently recommend products based on customer needs, specifications, availability, and cost
- Is mechanically inclined and enjoys working with their hands
- Takes pride in producing quality work and paying close attention to detail
- Is passionate about learning and expanding their technical knowledge
- Has previous warehouse experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, or related functions (an asset)
- Is comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the day
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Is willing to jump in wherever needed and contribute to the success of the team
