We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and guest-focused Esthetician to join our Spa team. This is an excellent opportunity for an established esthetician looking to grow their clientele while working within a luxury boutique resort and spa.
About the Opportunity
As an Independent Contractor, you will provide professional esthetic and body treatments to resort guests while operating your services independently within our spa. You will play an important role in delivering the exceptional guest experience Nita Lake Lodge is known for.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional esthetic, beauty, and body treatments to the highest industry standards.
- Perform manicures and pedicures, including regular and gel polish services.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest.
- Review guest health forms and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Recommend retail products and future treatments based on guest needs.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with all sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of spa services, products, and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with the Spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Represent Nita Lake Lodge and our Spa with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Recognized esthetic certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional esthetic experience.
- Confident providing a full range of esthetic services, including nail services and gel polish.
- Experience with advanced esthetic equipment is considered an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A professional, reliable, and guest-focused approach.
- Passion for wellness and luxury hospitality.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
