Why Not Energy Services is looking for an Administrator who can keep things organized and running smoothly while supporting our operations team in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and organize company documentation and records
- Track and maintain tickets, orientations, and employee files
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office tasks
- Support dispatch, field crews, and management as needed
- Coordinate paperwork, compliance items, and internal processes
- Help keep day-to-day operations efficient and on track
- Work closely with the admin team to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with a team in a busy environment
- Oilfield or trucking experience is an asset
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, email, etc.)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask
