Florana Garden Details, a small, high-quality gardening company dedicated to premium, detail-oriented estate maintenance, is looking for a friendly, well-organized administrative assistant to support the owner-operator during our busy season (spring through fall).
What you'll do
Your role will be to handle recurring administrative tasks, including replying to customer emails, scheduling appointments, preparing and sending invoices, and keeping records tidy and up to date.

- Trustworthy and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible: comfortable with hours that vary with seasonal volume
- Comfortable with email, basic scheduling tools, and invoicing software (or willing to learn ours)
Hours & location
10–20 hours per week depending on the season, worked from home on a flexible schedule. Work runs roughly spring through fall, with the possibility of returning each season.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role is a strong asset, but attitude and organization matter most to us. If you've managed schedules, inboxes, or invoicing in any setting , including running a household or volunteering, we'd like to hear from you.
