Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Restoration Technician to join our team. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, shows up ready to go, and can handle fast-paced emergency situations, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to emergency calls (water damage, sewage backups, mold, fire, etc.)
- Setting up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
- Performing water extraction and demolition as required
- Handling mold remediation and environmental cleaning
- Monitoring and documenting drying progress (moisture readings, photos, reports)
- Ensuring all work meets industry standards (IICRC S500 / S520)
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Communicating with homeowners, tenants, and property managers professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restoration experience is an asset (training can be provided)
- Strong work ethic and reliability — no babysitting required
- Ability to work long hours when needed (emergency work environment)
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
