As Finance Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the financial strength, accountability, and sustainability that allows our team to deliver exceptional service to customers across our 3 branch locations. As a key member of our EOS Leadership Team, you will help drive strategic decision-making, support company growth, and create the financial foundation that enables our mission of benefiting lives through water.

EOS Leadership Team Responsibilities
- Serve as an active member of our EOS Leadership Team.
- Attend weekly L10, Quarterly and Annual EOS meetings.
- Participate in short term and long term company strategic planning and goal setting.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and organizational performance.
- Collaborate with department managers to support financial accountability throughout the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and hold Finance Department employees accountable.
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Support employee development and performance management.
Financial Operations Management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze profitability, expenses, and business performance.
- Prepare and review financial reports, projections, and EBITDA reporting.
- Support capital investment decisions and long-term growth initiatives.
- Maintain efficiency, accuracy and integrity of QuickBooks Online, Watertight, and related systems.
- Develop, monitor and improve financial processes controls, and cash flow.
- Perform Accounts Receivable functions.
- Oversee Accounts Payable operations.
- Finance, accounting, or business management experience.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills and experience.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management.
- QuickBooks Online proficiency.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
