Position: G Class Driver for Residential Mattress Deliveries

Compensation:
- Probation: $24.00/hour
- Post-Probation: $24.00 - $26.40/hour

Schedule:
- Full-Time, Permanent Position
- 5 days a week, including weekends as required
Responsibilities:
- Delivery and collection of mattresses and accessories across GTA, primarily through contactless delivery.
- Maintenance of delivery schedules and routes.
- Vehicle loading, unloading, preparation, and inspection.
- Ensuring service quality through customer feedback and complaint redirection.
- Compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle.
- Warehouse duties as needed.
- Adherence to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Valid G class driver’s license (minimus 2 years) and clean driving record.
- 1-2 years of experience in driving 26-foot trucks or similar.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Dependability, reliability, and motivation.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move objects weighing 10-75 lbs regularly and occasionally more than 100 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping; occasional sitting, climbing.
- Need for specific vision abilities (close, distance, color vision, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment).
