Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store independently, ensuring a secure and efficient operation
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert recommendations on whole bean coffee, tea, brewing equipment, and accessories
- Assist customers with finding the right products for their coffee and tea needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the register
- Restock shelves and maintain an organized, tidy store
- Help with inventory management and ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked
- Assist with training and supporting new team members
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions to provide knowledgeable service
What We’re Looking For:
- Full availability, including weekends and holidays
- A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
- Dependable, especially when it comes to cash handling and store security
- A fast learner who is eager to absorb product knowledge and new store procedures
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
- A positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine interest in coffee, tea, and related products
