Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Services Worker to care for the mechanics of the building & cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- maintain cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the facility & maintenance program for the mechanics of the building.
- custodial work, including safety protocols and effective cleaning techniques.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning efforts during events or special projects.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for staff use.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning is essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
