Join Heritage as a Front of House Server in Toronto to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for quality service and client satisfaction at our busy airport location.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
- Operate POS systems including Micros POS to process transactions efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer interactions during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas.
- Provide excellent guest services to ensure a positive experience.
- Support team members with food safety and basic food handling procedures.
- Upsell products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous hospitality or guest service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards is a plus.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
