Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of Cocktails while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to engage with customers and provide recommendations will play a key role in enhancing their experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash drawers.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Assist in training new bartenders or bar staff as needed.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests
- Handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience in food handling and food service within the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers and team members.

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
