Elevate Behavioural Services is a growing ABA practice committed to delivering meaningful, individualized support tailored to each client’s unique needs. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Instructor Therapist to join our collaborative, client-centered team.
Therapists will work directly with children and youth to implement Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of an RBA. This role focuses on skill acquisition, behaviour reduction, and supporting meaningful progress across home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA programs as designed by the supervising clinician
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviour
- Support skill development across communication, social, play, and daily living domains
- Follow behaviour support plans and respond appropriately to interfering behaviours
- Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure consistency across settings
- Attend team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Psychology, ABA, Child & Youth Care, Education, or a related field (completed or currently in progress), with a strong interest in working with children and supporting skill development
- At least 1 year of experience working as an Instructor Therapist, with hands-on exposure to implementing ABA programs and supporting clients in a one-to-one setting
- Current First Aid/CPR certification is considered an asset
Requirements
- Availability to work a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and after-school hours, with some flexibility based on client needs
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to client locations, ensuring consistent and timely service delivery (where applicable)
- A clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Professional Liability Insurance
- Openness to ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
