This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the construction industry while gaining exposure to estimating, project management, scheduling, procurement, and construction operations.Position SummaryReporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will provide administrative and project coordination support across multiple active high-rise construction projects.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and project team.
- Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Maintain organized digital and hard-copy project filing systems.
- Assist with contracts, purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and supplier communications.
- Track RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and document control.
- Assist with tender preparation and bid submissions.
- Monitor project schedules, labour reports, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and project logistics.
- Prepare progress invoices and assist with billing and payment documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Assist with closeout documentation and project turnover.
- Perform general office administration and other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or project coordination experience (high-rise construction experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Project
- Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Revit is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
