We focus on preventive care, natural therapies, nutrition, and gentle treatment methods to support animals in body, mind, and spirit. Key Responsibilities
Animal Handling & Care
Clinic Maintenance- general cleaning
Receptionist & Administrative Duties
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and basic paperwork.
- Educate clients on holistic pet care products, wellness plans, and at-home care recommendations as appropriate.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience working with animals
- Genuine love for animals and a calm, patient demeanor — especially with anxious or reactive pets.
- Comfort with light cleaning tasks and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Basic computer skills (scheduling software, email, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work some weekends or evenings based on clinic needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledge of holistic pet care, herbal remedies, nutrition, or alternative therapies.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
