We are seeking a professional and vigilant Doorman/Security personnel to maintain a safe and welcoming environment at our nightclub for Stampede. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle high-pressure situations, and a firm yet friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure security protocols are followed
- Verify age and identification of patrons
- Manage crowd control both inside and outside the venue
- Diffuse conflicts and handle incidents discreetly and effectively
- Coordinate with law enforcement if necessary
- Ensure the safety of patrons and staff at all times
