Your role:
- As our Project Administrator, you are the welcoming voice and anchor of our project team.
- Reporting to the Project Manager/Estimator, your primary mission is to ensure every client feels a warm, trusting, and friendly connection from their very first interaction with us. You are the ultimate relationship-builder — someone who is overtly friendly, naturally bubbly, and loves to simply chit-chat and build rapport with anyone over the phone.
- While our management team will step in to handle any technical or high-conflict conversations, your goal is to make sure our customers always feel valued, heard, and at ease when they speak with you.
- By owning this frontline experience and administrative backbone, you free up our Project Manager to focus entirely on elevating the rest of the client experience—driving top-tier quality, operational speed, and rigorous on-site safety.
Your average day:
...will be split into two main focuses:
- Project Collaboration on Jobber Software: You will work closely, side-by-side with the Project Manager and Superintendent. Together, you will ensure our Jobber software is highly accurate and up-to-date. You will support the entire project lifecycle: site safety, estimating, pre-construction, execution, close-out, billing, and warranty.
- Client Inquiries: Expect to spend a quarter to half of your day on the phone. You will be the friendly first point of contact, receiving calls from new customers, reaching out to leads that came through our website, and following up on quotes. Crucially, you must be able to listen to a customer's needs and enter their information live into Jobber on the spot.
While this is primarily an office role (>95%), you may occasionally head out into the field (<5%) to support the team.
