We are seeking the next technician to join our little pest control family and help us bring an amazing level of customer service to the Greater Vancouver area, beginning Summer 2026. Ideally you will:
- Enjoy the comforts of ladders, crawl spaces or attics.
- Love investigating and problem solving for customers.
- Have a passion for providing wonderful customer service in person & by phone.
- Have past customer service experience.
- Choose between He-Man or Skeletor and why?
You definitely will:
- Have a clean driving record & no criminal record.
- Be able to lift & carry 50 lbs
- Be excited about learning a new industry.
- Read, write & speak English fluently.
- Be willing to work throughout the lower mainland.
- Have a passion for providing wonderful customer service (yes we know it’s been mentioned – that’s how important it is!)
Your next adventure will include (but not be limited to):
- Providing pest management services in a variety of locations.
- Inspecting, problem solving & estimating on subsequent services.
- Working with other team members.
- Writing detailed reports & invoices.
- Instructing & informing customers on specific pest issues & solutions
- Driving a provided company vehicle at posted speed limits.
- Learn & maintain knowledge of pest issues and current treatments.
- Maintain professional appearance of yourself & vehicle.
