Overview
We are seeking a responsible and dependable Driver to join our team. Duties
- Safely operate vehicles for various transportation needs, including transporting children, seniors, or clients requiring special assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle through regular inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, or special needs
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure passenger safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with passengers and team members to coordinate schedules and routes
- Assist with route planning and navigation using GPS or maps to optimize travel efficiency
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance logs as required
- Support in teaching or guiding children or seniors during transportation if applicable
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred
- Experience working with children, seniors, or individuals requiring special care is a plus
- Multilingual skills, especially fluency in Spanish and English, are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse populations and team members
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently
- Reliable transportation to commute to work locations as needed
