About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Residential Painter to join our growing team. We work on high-quality interior projects, feature walls, and premium finishes. Ideal for someone who takes pride in clean work, reliable communication, and consistent results.
Responsibilities
- Surface prep: sanding, patching, caulking, cleaning, masking
- Apply paint using brush/roller (spray experience is a bonus)
- Light drywall repairs and touchups
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Communicate professionally with clients and team
- Deliver a high-quality finish without shortcuts
Requirements
- 5+ years residential painting experience (required)
- Strong cutting/rolling ability and solid prep skills
- Reliable transportation & punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with limewash, Roman Clay, or decorative finishes is a plus
- Must take pride in craftsmanship and jobsite professionalism
