Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Lead to drive client delivery. MRO Lead is the single accountable resource responsible for sourcing, chasing, validating, and packaging all client-side data inputs required for the VLink MRO Catalog Standardization, Min/Max & ABC Criticality, Parts Visibility, Supplier Management, and Redundancy Elimination workstreams. The role acts as the primary liaison between VLink and the client.
Duties
● Own the master Data Input Tracker (51 line items across 10 categories) end-to-end — track status per plant, chase owners, and flag blockers to the Engagement Manager weekly.
● Coordinate directly with each plant's IT/CMMS Admin, Maintenance Manager, Procurement, Stores, Finance, and Quality/Food Safety contacts to request and receive data.
● Perform first-pass quality checks on received files (completeness, correct format, date ranges) before handing off to the VLink analytics/enrichment team.
● Maintain a single shared repository (SharePoint/Drive) with consistent file naming and version control across all 9 plants.
● Log gaps, exceptions, and "not available" responses with justification, and route these to the Engagement Manager for client escalation.
Qualifications
● 4+ years in MRO, maintenance, operations — manufacturing or food/beverage plant exposure strongly preferred.
● Working familiarity with CMMS/EAM platforms (FIIX preferred) and ERP-generated reports (PO history, GR records, stock ledgers).
● Proven stakeholder-management skills — able to chase busy plant staff (Maintenance, Stores, Procurement, Quality) without derailing the timeline.
● Comfortable reading engineering documents (P&IDs, BOMs, drawings) well enough to judge completeness, even without an engineering background.
● Good written and oral communication.
