Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative and operational functions. This role is vital in maintaining efficient HR processes, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with HR software systems. Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including data collection, ATS management, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data.
- Coordinate onboarding and training & development programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support payroll processing activities.
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives by assisting with communication campaigns and feedback collection.
- Participate in change management projects to improve HR processes and systems implementation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document management related to human resources management.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR workflows and improve overall HR service delivery.

Pay: $26.00-$31.00 per hour
