We are seeking a dedicated Python Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have classroom teaching experience and a passion for programming education. This role involves delivering engaging Java programming lessons, guiding students through complex concepts, and fostering an interactive learning environment. Duties
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Python programming lessons tailored to various skill levels
- Create lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to evaluate student progress
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students struggling with course material
- Incorporate real-world examples and practical exercises to enhance understanding
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom environment that promotes active learning
- Collaborate with other educators to improve curriculum content and teaching strategies
Skills
- Proven classroom experience in teaching Python, Java, C, C++
- Strong knowledge of Python & Java fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and software development principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Experience with curriculum development and instructional design preferred
- Ability to motivate and engage students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and online teaching platforms is a plus
