Can-Tech Services is currently looking for Candidates for a contract position ( 4 Weeks) located in the Concord Area (Keele and Steeles) to work as a MIG Welder on Day and Afternoon Shift.
Shift Time:
Day Shift – Monday to Friday - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday - 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
Pay Rate: $ 27/hr.
Duties & Responsibilities as
MIG Welder
- Ensures equipment is in safe and proper working condition prior to use.
- Receives steel case assembly from previous operation.
- Using appropriate jigs/fixtures, operates manual MIG-welding equipment to fuse metal case parts together according to blueprint specification
- Use of various measuring tools.
- Ensures the work area is clean and free of hazards.
- Other duties as assigned by Lead Hand and/or Supervisor.
