About Auriga Football Club
Auriga Football Club is a growing youth development academy focused on standards, structure, and long-term player development. We don’t chase short-term wins, and we don’t run chaotic sessions. We build players properly, technically, mentally, and physically.
We’re looking for coaches who take pride in preparation, discipline, and performance, and who want to grow with a serious club.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re intentionally hiring a mix of younger, aspiring coaches and more experienced coaches who share the same mindset.
This role is a good fit if you:
- Care about doing things the right way, not the easy way
- Value structure, standards, and consistency
- Are open to feedback and accountability
- Want to improve as a coach, not just collect hours
If you’re looking for casual coaching with no expectations, this is not a fit.
