Conditions:
- $1600 monthly rent, non-dependent of number of clients or tattoo fees.

- Non-smoking environment (any drugs are prohibited)
Responsibilities:
- Keep the studio clean and tidy.
- Use your own tattoo supplies and tattoo equipment.
- Bring your own clients.
