We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and provide ongoing training and feedback to therapy staff
- Ensure clinical services align with BACB ethical standards and best practices
- Collaborate with parents/caregivers to provide guidance, training, and support
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders as needed
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
