Iron Horse Outdoor Services is looking for an experienced Hardscape Installer to join our growing team.
We're looking for someone who can build quality retaining walls and paver patios and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
Responsibilities
- Retaining wall installation
- Paver patios and walkways
- Site preparation and excavation assistance
- Base preparation and compaction
- Reading grades using string lines and laser levels
- Cutting and fitting pavers and wall block
- Material handling and job site organization
- Maintaining a clean and professional work site
Requirements
- Experience with retaining walls and/or paver patio installation
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Reliable transportation
- Physically fit and capable of outdoor construction work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Assets
- Allan Block or segmental retaining wall experience
- Laser level experience
- Equipment operation experience
- Trailer towing experience
- Experience leading projects or small crews
