What You'll Do
- Provide Sanctuary Cleans (regular maintenance), Deep Sanctuary Cleans, and Fresh Start Cleans (move-in/move-out) for residential clients
- Deliver a consistent, high-standard clean every visit — nothing overlooked
- Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and reliability in clients' homes
What We're Looking For
- Some prior cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Able to work independently and manage your time on-site
- Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license (required for travel between client
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness of designated areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleaning protocols
Qualifications
- Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Must have a vehicle to commute to and from job sites and transport supplies
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
