WildBear Landscaping is looking for a motivated and reliable Crew Lead to head up our Landscaping team for the 2025 season. If you take pride in a job well done and have experience leading a small crew, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside crew members on daily landscaping jobs
- Operate and maintain skidsteers/excavators/concrete saw/ blowers, etc.
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites
- Communicate with customers professionally when needed
- Report progress and issues to management
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- landscaping experience (2+ years preferred)
- Leadership or crew management experience is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
