What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using schematics and manuals.
- Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
- Weld, plumb, and fabricate as needed for system repairs and installations.
- Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems and deliver top-quality results.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician, Apprentice, or Journeyperson.
- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Welding and plumbing experience (a plus).
- A valid driver’s license for service work.
- Flexibility to handle different job sites and schedules.
- A clean criminal record — because safety and trust matter.
- A team-oriented attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
