Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in Windsor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. This role is vital in ensuring our production processes meet quality standards and delivery schedules, reflecting our company's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements for quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment functionality.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate material flow.
- Train and develop team members to enhance performance.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on key metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing supervision or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly and use of hand tools.
- Ability to operate forklifts and power tools safely.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Warehouse experience is an asset.
- Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

Experience:
- Production Supervision : 5 years (preferred)
- Metal Stamping: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
