Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our Radiant rehab clinic . The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for every client. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, or other modalities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment area for clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their health concerns and preferences before each session.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress notes in compliance with privacy policies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and service quality.
Qualifications
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to better understand client conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients' needs and explain treatment plans.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times.
