Irwin's Safety is hosting a Train the Trainer to develop Industrial Safety Instructors in Prince George June 15-19, 2026. Completion of this program creates flexible instructor opportunities working with Irwin's Safety.

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ industry experience OR experience teaching (preferably adult education)
- Must be physically able to move and set up the necessary equipment
- Must be able to travel throughout the province, if needed
- Comfort with classroom technologies
- Classroom management skills
- Patience and willingness to adapt to meet the needs of different learning styles
- Reliability and time management
- Possess driver's license and own transportation
- Must possess a laptop
Responsibilities as and Irwin's Instructor
- Prepare required material / lesson plan prior to course delivery
- Using a variety of adult learning techniques, deliver course material and exam
- Mentor students as needed
- Adhere to all Irwin’s Training Management System
- Complete and return course paperwork in a timely manner
